Green MEP Elisabeth Schroedter takes us on a journey into her past. Inspired by Václav Havel, as a teenager she took part in civil rights movements in the GDR, and lived through the changes brought by the fall of the Wall. These events have marked her, and she is proud to bring a different element of German politics to the EU negotiating table.
